Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Your order is normally shipped within a day or two of payment. Checks may be held to clear the bank. We do not always have everything you see in our online catalog in stock - when an out of stock item is ordered we will normally make that item for you and have it shipped within a week of payment. If we receive an order containing items that are out of stock, we will contact you and explain the situation. If you wish to cancel the order for the out of stock items at that time, we will issue you a refund. Glass icicles are almost always in stock.

All items are professionally packed for shipping. We use USPS for shipping and problems with them are very rare.

Returns:
Returns are accepted for replacement of items damaged in shipping only. No other returns for refund or credit will be accepted unless pre-arranged, before you purchase, by direct communication between you and Jill or Chuck at Sirius Sunlight Glass Studio. If you purchase a gift and the recipient would like to exchange it for another item we will normally do that, customer pays all shipping fees and takes responsibility for safe delivery of returned item(s).

If a shipment is refused or returned undeliverable a refund MAY be made less a $20 service fee and all shipping costs, including return shipping costs.
