If you would like to ship via USPS Express Mail please contact us. Expect to pay an extra $25 or more for shipping. Shipping charge will be actual cost, as a second transaction.
Your order is normally shipped within a day or two of payment. Checks may be
held to clear the bank. We
often do not have everything you see in our online catalog in stock
when an out of stock item is ordered you are paying us to make that item for you
and have it shipped within two weeks of payment (most times that will be faster). If we receive an order containing
items that are out of stock, we will contact you and explain the situation.
If you wish to cancel the order for the out of stock items at that time, within the time frame explained in our message to you, before we start working on your order, we will issue you a full refund.
All items are professionally packed for shipping. We use USPS for shipping and problems with them are very rare.
Shipping to Canada:
If you would like items shipped to Canada but wish to use a mail service not offered in our shopping cart, please contact us to inquire about cost, or call us on the telephone at (608) 987-2716.
Returns are accepted for replacement of items damaged in shipping only. No
other returns for refund or credit will be accepted unless pre-arranged,
before you purchase, by direct communication between you and Jill Engels or Chuck Pound
at Sirius Sunlight Glass Studio. OK, we have sometimes been known to exchange items if you pay shipping costs or drop by the shop, however we do reserve the right to not allow returns or exchanges for any reason.
